If some of you remember the post from quite a while ago (This One), I submitted, with one of my peers, several paper proposals to the International Studies Association Conference in Montreal. Well, a few months and much waiting later, three of the proposals we have submitted have been accepted.
That’s right, come Spring 2011, I will be flying to Montreal to participate in the ISA conference as an author on two of the panels (we chose to do two out of our three proposals) during the convention. We will be presenting on a Globalized Cybersecurity Concept organization, something akin to a UN or NATO organization, but focused exclusively on cybersecurity.
The second topic is on State’s rights, Individual Rights, and Open Media – focusing on the impact of open, grass-roots media in democratic movements worldwide. I have quite a bit of work to do on these subjects, so I may not be able to update here as much, but I will continue to try.
